How the Program Works
It’s simple. Here’s how you earn:
Refer a property owner who needs professional management for their long-term rental
We sign a management agreement and place a tenant
You receive 15% of the first full month’s rent
Payment is made at the beginning of the second full month of management
Example
Refer a client that has 4 doors (multi-plex or single-family).
Rents are $2,000/month, $2,100/month, $1,800/month, and $1,750/month. Total Monthly Rent = $7,650.
You will receive 15% of the first months rent for all 4 doors.
That’s $1,147.50 ($7,650 x 15%)

- Licensed Oregon real estate brokers
- Licensed Oregon property managers

Referral Fee Eligibility
Referral fees (15 % of the first month’s rent) are paid only when all conditions are met: a signed management agreement, tenant placement, and collected rent. Not all referrals qualify or result in a fee, and eligibility is subject to review and approval by DoorWise Property Management. Fee is valid only for referrals from licensed real estate brokers or property managers in Oregon.
